  • Package excludes Singapore passenger's departure fee, Singapore fuel surcharge and Batam terminal fee of S$27 nett per guest.
  • Surcharge of S$20 nett per room/night is applicable during School Holidays, Public Holidays & Long Weekend
  • Any cancellation made on a confirmed booking, 14 days prior to departure date or No-Show, full charges applies.
  • FERRY: Check in 1 hour before departure at New Century Counter (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, #01-22).
  • ROOM: Check in time 1400 hrs and Check out time 1200 hrs (Batam Time).
  • Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry Visa are in order prior to departure.
